NBJK
aims to educate, organize and empower the rural poor
by promoting development as a liberating force for
achieving social justice, economic growth and
self-reliance. Your donations assist NBJK in
achieving this mission through the implementation of
its various programs. Here are some examples of how
your donation can help:

Education

Rs.
1700 provides a young girl with a
non-residential education for one year

Rs. 10,000 sponsors the education of a young girl
at a residential school for one year

Rs. 14,675 provides one year of education and
shelter for an orphaned child

Eye Care and Health

Rs. 1600 sponsors a cataract surgery, giving the
gift of sight

Rs. 7500 provides a tricycle for a person with a
disability, allowing them transportation and
independence in their daily life

Rs. 2000 equips a deaf child with a hearing aid

Disaster Relief

Rs. 500-10,000 provides medical relief to an
uninsured person unable to afford treatment for a
condition such as a broken arm.

Any Amount to contribute to the NBJK disaster fund
that will be utilized to meet the needs of those
affected in a disaster such as a flood, drought,
or fire.
