We recruit our staff from premier institutions including XISS Ranchi, XIM Bhubaneshwar, Vishwa Bharti / Shanti Niketan, IIRM Jaipur, and various other reputed management institutes from across India. At present there are 348 full time staff as well as over 1600 field staff and volunteers.
